About this event

Gretchen Foley, M.D. completed her psychiatry residency at Wright State University’s combined civilian and military training program in conjunction with Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio in 2010. She served as an active duty Air Force psychiatrist stationed at Wright-Patterson where she was medical director for the Alcohol Drug Abuse Prevention and Treatment (ADAPT) Program until 2014. She then completed the Charles E. Steinberg Fellowship in Psychiatry and the Law at University of Rochester Medical Center in Rochester, New York. Dr. Foley has authored several publications and regularly gives presentations on veterans’ mental health issues for the New York State Psychiatric Association. She continues as a teaching attending through both URMC and the Rochester Institute of Technology and also does private practice work centered around Forensic Psychiatry in the criminal justice system.
